JANSON is a great company to work for and with. They care about their employees, give praise when praise is due, bonuses and accolades for a job well done, offer training to make sure you are well-equipped for your job and understand the needs of working families!

Cons

Our only con is that we have a lot of work and need more rockstars on our team! I'd say that's a good thing :).

- Lack of organization and company structure. - So much turnover. Leaders are leaving left and right - They'll say one thing and do another. - Much lower pay compared to others on the same contract
