Too many cooks in the kitchen here. This company is top heavy with poor decision making. The CEO spends his a lot of his time taking selfies for LinkedIn as if he just found social media. Airfreight VPs are extremely vulgar, rude, and unprofessional. In fact, the majority of VPs are arrogant, condescending, under qualified, and indecisive when making business decisions. The angry reactions you’ll see from some of the leadership can be scary. They will talk down and belittle you with a pompous I’m always better than you attitude. Tons of blame shifting. Every company has a few individuals in leadership positions that are arrogant with characteristics I’ve mentioned previously, however this company has several. I worked at their corporate campus for almost 10yrs and my experience is first hand. This company changed dramatically from the time I started to the time I left in the worst way. They also push their newer or more easily persuaded employees to counter these negative reviews with positive reviews.
