Low pay, raises are 1.5% when they had a record year, condescending management, unprofessional management, unqualified management, standard benefits package, nothing to make a family feel, a bunch of yes men, lies, no structure, no chain of command, no sop, no appreciation, and they want to be a corporation ssssooooooo badly
