Beautiful and modern campus. Some benefits are good. On site cafe and free parking. Good location in the Perimeter area.
Cons
Company was run by millionaires from Italy who practiced deplorable management techniques. There was tremendous favoritism and nepotism. There were many incompetent managers. Extremely high turnover. Departments did not work together. IT department was incompetent and there was no HRIS system in place. Position had many responsibilities belonging in another department, but nobody wanted to take the tasks on. Senior managers in the department had very high expectations and the workload was impossible to keep up with, even if you worked long hours. Position was highly micromanaged. Worst job I ever had in a very toxic environment.
