Incompetent executives who fell into their jobs; mean environment - Anonymous employee JAS Worldwide Employee Review

The executives at JAS Worldwide Management LLC in Atlanta are largely the previous executives of (what is now subordinate organisation) JAS Forwarding (USA) Inc. During the move of global headquarters from Milan to Atlanta in 2005/6, the execs of JAS (USA) were nearly all made the new management team of the global operation. They did not have the skill or courage to lead a global company. Most executives are unqualified and incompetent. Some do not have the courage to make decisions, saying neither yes nor no, so little was ever decided. The management leads by nepotism and cronyism, whereby only those in the clique succeed. If you're not in the gang, you will fail. The treatment of the employees is mean and parsimonious. They pinch the pennies and are not generous to the staff. Despite being a senior developer I often had to beg for work. I was either given nothing to do or given trivial "busy work".
