Pros
Privately held, easy access to Upper Level Management, decent benefits.
Cons
Management does not hold themselves to same standards as employees. Drastically under pay and have unfairly high expectations. Upper Level Management is pretty unaware of what's going on on the ground floor. Different departments in corporate tend to work against eachother.
