Good benefits, friendly co-workers, decent training, average pay, but few raises
Cons
If you aren't a man or family, you can't get anywhere or even respect. Management constantly conflicts with each other over correct procedures. You are constantly asked to lie in your data entry in order to make the branches numbers look good. Constantly short-staffed, and employees are overworked.
