Pay and Growth Opportunities are the same.. stagnant - Import Specialist JAS Worldwide Employee Review

I got a $16 quarterly bonus last quarter. Sixteen. That’s in lieu of not receiving a raise in 2+ years. No true training program besides JAS U, which does not help you learn your job. Everyone is stretched thin, people are dropping like flies due to the workload and pay (or lack thereof), and they were on a hiring freeze until recently. They keep onboarding accounts that move cargo at a loss. There is no room for growth or opportunity when managers are allowed to be in the same positions for decades.
