Pros
JBG is lax about their standards so you have an opportunity to make the community your own and they are willing to spend the money on their employees.
Cons
There doesn't seem to be a concrete level of organization. The Regional Manager is not the best person in her position an the side of empathy, building employees and doesn't know how to handle people effectively. She is amazing when it comes to processes and procedures. Teachers have to teach students differently, and so do managers. They need to adapt to their employees.
