      Solid large corporation - typical to companies this size.

      Cons

      Lots of questionable employee treatment tends to develop in companies this size. I tend to think JBS sees themselves as the most important corporation in the world, they're better than everyone else.

      Strong community, meat/food benefits, 14+ Days of PTO starting

      Cons

      Salary increases are very small or not at all, JBS designs corp. for vertical or sideways movement for pay increases(Heads and higher do get them)
