      A lot of really great people who really care about doing a great job. Major league company with major league work experiences.

      Cons

      Business model is very tough. Dollars are tight. Leadership style is autocratic.

      Strong community, meat/food benefits, 14+ Days of PTO starting

      Cons

      Salary increases are very small or not at all, JBS designs corp. for vertical or sideways movement for pay increases(Heads and higher do get them)
