Pros
Great people, CEOs incredibly accessible and making concerted efforts to modernize the business. The atmosphere is not poisonous or political. You can do some great, innovative work here.
Cons
All company systems are built around the project teams, so if you work in a resource group, everything logistical is difficult. Pay is under area medians. Overwork is a huge issue due to contracting cycles. Management has a clicque of advisors and doesn't seek input outside that group.
