Pros
Good pay, opportunity to travel Great incentives / benefits for example the company will help pay for a gym membership, tuition assistance, discounts at tons of partners, but you have to ask to find out about these benefits and you also have to beg and plea to find out how to get the tuition assistance that is if you have time to go to school.
Cons
Lack of time off, on call 24/7 (even now that I don't work for the company anymore), lots of busy work, unnecessary travel, two service guys would travel to each other's back yard when they lived across country. Traveler's insurance will not cover incidents that occurred while on travel unless it was during working hours. (At lest this is what I was told when I tried to make a clam.) Management will not inform you when you make a mistake regarding pay when it's in the company's favor, but will be the first to let you know if you make a mistake in your favor.
