Pros
JCC Jacob and Rose Grossman Camp is based in the JCC's Newton location and working there was fantastic for the five years when I was a summer employee. Great sense of community there and an easy to navigate schedule. It was also good to connect with campers' families outside of camp as well.
Cons
The pay left a lot to be desired in spite of the fact that your wages go up the longer you work there.
