-Supportive, considerate and kind employees -Welcoming culture and community -Great fitness center to use, free group fitness classes, employee discounts on events and summer camps -High quality instructors and programs -Managers are kind, and care about your mental health -Very flexible scheduling, they know people have children and that employees have a life outside of work

Cons

-Can be very disorganized (non-profit) -Very busy some days -Some animosity between departments at times - big shift in new vs. old employees and culture -Mediocre benefits
