Pros
Was a great place to work, great focus on customers and they were usually willing to work with personal schedule. Used to be a pretty good place for employee recognition with star certificates and customer service awards..made good employees feel special and when you feel good you give it back with great customer service...with all the new changes employee morale is pretty low and the customers they have left are getting the raw end of it all. Enjoyed my 4 years there but current changes forced me to move on.
Cons
With our new CEO and the changes he has made, laying off tons of management, cutting hours and staff,everyone still there is overworked and un recognized. Management is waiting on customers instead of managing and in most cases work is not getting done. Everyone is on there own.. They say the customer is number 1 but the truth is there is not enough staff to focus on the customer at all, it has become a who's next mentality and just get them thru the line.
