      Good Benefits, Reasonable salary Established company Great Management Great customers and associates to work with Good associate discount Good scheduling practices

      Sometimes not enough associates for good customer service Sometime you have to stay late to clean up the store for the next day business Not enough associates to keep up on going training

      Sales driven. There doesn't seem to be much training on how they want the cashiers to do their job.

      easy job, slow most of the time, need to be able to find things to do to keep busy

      Cons

      when its slow you are barely scheduled for hours, need to get credit card applications
