      Discount, flexible hours, generous overtime for leaders. Stock options are good as well.

      Cons

      Our customers continue to the nastiest, rudest people you'll ever encounter. They let their children run amuck, this holiday season I've left work everyday hating children.

      As a Cashier or Omni associate they don't take you seriously. Leadership loves to play hot potato with responsibilities and many times cashiers gets stuck with it. When dealing with angry customers they the managers don't show up or completely undermine you making you look like an ___.
