People with in each store form a family unit Discount is in line with industry They try to be flexible within reason If you are on board for the long haul they can train you for any department.
Cons
The corporate office decides and hire which positions require a college degree, but majority of upper management have been with the company for decades and don’t appreciate having more recently or highly educated people below them.
