Pros
It’s located 3 hours drive from Austin so you can escape Dallas easily. Lots of very talented and hard working employees. Great onsite gym facility for employees. Family friendly- onsite childcare. Industry standard compensation.
Cons
It’s based in a suburb outside of Dallas. Ok if you are into that highway and concrete life. Uninspiring working environment for creatives. Ongoing financial struggles reflect in product design capabilities and bottom line. Skeleton teams so more expected from the individual. Multiple rounds of layoffs in the time I was employed there and they continue. It baffles me how they stay afloat! It’s a huge ship and I was part of a small team so maybe other departments are carrying more of the $
