Pros
Excellent employee discount. Work with some good people. PTO
Cons
No raise in 3 years but 3 departments added to work load. Pay is low for all you have to do. Upper management is hired based on “diversity” and not competence. Assistant Managers DO NOTHING. They work less than 40 hours, don’t close and rarely work a Sunday. The supervisors, who are hourly, do all the work and run the store and make a lot less money.
