Pros
When it's good - it's good. Senior leadership is respectful and willing to put in hard work along side of the team.
Cons
Workflow is not even. Like everything else in supply chain right now inbound/outbound loads are very up and down depending on what can get shipped to you to do your part. This doesn't allow for a good work/life balance. Its hard to predict if you're going to be off on Saturday or not; often not finding out until the Thursday before.
