Pros
-8-5 schedule but very flexible depending on your manager -most people are friendly -paths to walk around builiding/nice interior filled with plants -good pay compared to work load and competitors -some team building and morale boosting events -discount if you like to shop JCP
Cons
-lots of cube time -management and long term employees unwilling to change -"older" work environment with layoffs- slowly bringing in younger talent but high turnover with people unwilling to embrace change & new ideas -employees always trying to throw responsibilities on others plates -lots of loops to go through to get the smallest thing changed or heard from management -political. If you can play the game you can get ahead. Talent doesn't always take you as far if management doesn't like your personality -cafeteria food is overpriced and not great -training is nonexistent. If you don't already have the knowledge & experience you will have to learn on the job for a couple months to get the hang of things
