Pros
This company pays well for entry-level positions. The reason I stayed for longer than I expected was that the people on my team were nice and down to earth.
Cons
Design management needs a serious overhaul. Misogynistic and rude is the only way to put it, quite frankly. Management definitely plays favorites and promotes those individuals accordingly. Design teams across the entire company are worked to the bone with very few perks. There was no work/life balance here since the number of layoffs pushed more work onto the employees who stayed. Many lower-level designers do the work of Senior Designers with entry-level pay and less trust, which is why so much of the young talent leaves. Buying teams never want to take risks for newness, as they never want to try anything new for fear of poor sales. I would never recommend this job. Save your sanity, it's not worth it.
