      get to run a large business- looks good on resume "multi channel" buying for stores,.com, & catalogs generous vacation time and pays fairly well for retail industry

      Cons

      having so much private label- always a power struggle between buyers and designers/sourcing dept

      Great Maintenance department with a great team of Managers and Senior technicians to learn from each day.

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
