Higher management don't respect you and don't trust you..they rather trust associates over lossPrevention...they feel that if the store is in a high crime area then they loss prevention team is infested with gangsters..don't try to work hard in this company.you won't go anywhere and if you do move up..the time it took you..you've couldve finished college or been with a company that actually pay you decent. My advice is to use them for a check and move on
