      Pros

      Good company to work for if you want to work with kind people. Benefits available. They provide a lot of career development and coaching to their employees.

      Cons

      Pay is not competitive, bonuses are slim, yearly increase in pay is not great. Yearly shifts and changes requires that you stay adaptable, have experienced many shifts in a short duration of working there. Corporate has more protections than store employees but that is expected in this industry. May not feel stable all of the time.

      The employee discounts were alright

      As a Cashier or Omni associate they don't take you seriously. Leadership loves to play hot potato with responsibilities and many times cashiers gets stuck with it. When dealing with angry customers they the managers don't show up or completely undermine you making you look like an ___.
