      Great culture, DM’s allowed to make decisions that help support the customer experience and driving sales

      Cons

      Just went through a restructure, hired a third-party to make decisions. Been with the company for a long time one of the worst things we’ve ever done we let go of so many great leaders and we have some DM‘s that were added. That couldn’t be a supervisor in some of our stores

      its a good starter job for someone in high school

      Cons

      schedule would change at the drop of a hat without being asked about availability. supervisors never answered their phones if you needed to contact them
