little pay, i work 40 hours a week and make less then 900 a month :S also bad management, they should employ staff from within the company to fill management roles. Otherwise You end up with sales assistants teaching new managers when they join the store, because there training is so short. it seems like there is never enough budget in JD to have enough staff in which results in a lot of customers leaving the store.
