Strong leadership and culture, but unclear incentives - Seasonal Tax Expert JDA TSG Employee Review

Great organization with opportunities for advancement. I started as seasonal staff, and promoted into permanent staff after a few seasons. The leadership truly cares about individual ambition and advancement. Show up and stand out (in a good way), focus on personal and professional development, and the opportunities are endless!

As a new(ish) company, and as a rapidly expanding company, there are obvious growing pains. Many times, something that works decently well will be completely rebuilt from the group up to make it better, which can cause friction. However, ultimately, the finished product, and the company trajectory, continue to improve.

It's nice that for most role, it is fully remote. Nice people to work with.

There is a lack of documentation for the role. Almost always learned how to do something by getting it wrong the first time. Generally, the team seemed to have a antagonistic feeling with the client we served and rested on the laurels of past accomplishments.
