      Great coworkers to be around. Experienced personnel as well as fresh faces often. Catered lunches weekly Great work life for entry level. Higher up you are the busier you are (a given)

      Slow/can be boring days Slow/long projects depending on team your on Salary is decent but not great in this economy

      Pros

      Great family oriented company. Growing fast currently, with the ESOP stock price following suit.

      Cons

      Base pay lower than most big GC's with a lot of the pay coming through bonuses and ESOP. ESOP is only partially, less than 50% owned by employees. The Dunn family stills owns the majority.
