      Great Culture, lots of growth opportunities, solid pay above median salary for most/all positions in the local market. Large scale/high visibility projects, great for resume building.

      Cons

      Longer hours (40hr/week is minimum, long weeks can be 55-60) Larger projects have more to juggle Annual promotion cycle, if you miss one year you have to wait another year to get promoted

      Pros

      Great family oriented company. Growing fast currently, with the ESOP stock price following suit.

      Cons

      Base pay lower than most big GC's with a lot of the pay coming through bonuses and ESOP. ESOP is only partially, less than 50% owned by employees. The Dunn family stills owns the majority.
