      I learned a lot about the construction industry, which I knew nothing about prior to working there.

      There is a significant deficit in senior leadership's integrity, equity, fairness, and accountability (Portland). Low pay compared to other companies.

      Pros

      Great family oriented company. Growing fast currently, with the ESOP stock price following suit.

      Cons

      Base pay lower than most big GC's with a lot of the pay coming through bonuses and ESOP. ESOP is only partially, less than 50% owned by employees. The Dunn family stills owns the majority.
