Software is outdated and all employees are comfortable with no change. Hostile work environment, horrible work culture, work life balance does not exist and management doesn’t care to help or train would rather watch you drown. Management doesn’t care to train and pushes you away. Shuts the door in your face for questions and goes behind your back to gossip about other employees.
