      Micromanagers, Not competitive pay, Ton of relocation. Not inclusive. You're just a number. Culture described by HR doesn't match what project teams actually have. Have to have 6 years before you get fully vested in ESOP. Career Growth doesn't exist if you travel,

      Pros

      Great family oriented company. Growing fast currently, with the ESOP stock price following suit.

      Cons

      Base pay lower than most big GC's with a lot of the pay coming through bonuses and ESOP. ESOP is only partially, less than 50% owned by employees. The Dunn family stills owns the majority.
