So many, where to start? By the time I left the company it seemed there were as many VP's as PE's. The hierarchy was basically a golf tee holding up a watermelon. Management styles were so outdated and suggestions for improvement were not only discouraged but earned me a poor yearly review which essentially wiped out my yearly bonus. They are a 100+ year old company that rewards people the same way I imagine they did when the company was founded...stick around and you'll get promoted. Whether you are a weak employee or not. I guess that says something about their loyalty but nothing about their integrity.
