Pros
A large company with worldwide resources, the possibilities of progression should be good. Well known in the market place and one of the leading suppliers of joinery products.
Cons
Company doesn't value people, sometimes seems that production is more important than safety of employees or quality of product. Poor pay structure some employees with more skills and experience than others being paid less than their less skilled and knowledgeable counterparts. some management members have an aggressive and intimidating demeanour. Large amount of agency staff used and often these do not have the skills requires for the task expected of them so are led straight into failure.
