Good pay and benefits otherwise nothing else really comes to mind off the top of my head
Cons
Poor management, and severe lack of communication, training, and overall quality of work ethics, the hours can vary depending on the weather, you are "advised" to refrain from using the bathroom unless someone can fill your spot or it is break time (so there goes your 10 minutes) and on the subject of breaks, it takes about 2 minutes in most departments to walk to the break room on the other side of the factory and back (so your breaks are actually 5-6 minutes at best) again they "advise" you to just stay at the station so you are not late otherwise it is a warning and then IF it happens again, a tardy! Do not get a injury outside of work (as a friend and co-worker said) you are a "liability" to the company and we can't let you work until a doctor says otherwise, they will ignore any issues you might bring to management and if you push any issues they WILL fire you.. These are genuinely just a small amount of the problems they will not address.
