Pros
PTO is good. Pay is ok, but not great
Cons
Lot of micromanaging Upper management doesn't understand the product offering and makes decisions that are detrimental to production the wonder why we aren't making sales goals. CEO and friends, which is what it is, are all new and have no frame of reference for millwork industries, all coming from Whirlpool or other appliance companies. Managers are over worked and the ick just trickles down to the lower level workers who also are over worked. Jobs that could be remote and have been remote successfully during the pandemic have been forced back into the office, causing a reduction in efficiency and productivity. Upper level mgnt does not care about anyone below corporate manager level. Lots of hot air blowing and indirect answers during town hall meetings when asked what direction the company is going. Transparency is non-existent.
