Pros
$ 25-30 hr to start. No experience needed. Willing to give Lots of Chances. Lots of great Co-workers and even managers. Safety is priority for real. It's a glass and vinyl production line !!
Cons
Terrible atmosphere. 1st shift plant rules . 2nd and 3rd are just filling in the hours until 1st is back on the clock. Expect any issues that arise are your fault if on off shift. No life work balance. Ot ,ot,ot ,OT. Training is a priority from management BUT no one else. If you do more then expected expect next shift to make that an issue and if you don't follow suit expect to be singled out and eventually fired or suspended till the Check with Corp. Law Dawgs. Its sad because it was for me great job great pay but people worried about how i did my job and their prod. Lagged.
