Pros
Decent pay per hour but didn't allow raises of any kind I only worked for one specific person but others could have several clients You get to work in a generally comfortable easy home setting
Cons
No pay raises ever, what they start at is all you get Had a very hard time getting other workers to actually show up at their clients house and no notice to clients many with medical needs who really needed the care If they messed up your paycheck/hours you were lucky to get it in another 2 weeks Not good at all with calling me back when I had problems Some of the other workers are not good with people and shouldn't be working with people in general, especially physically disabled adults! I can guarantee that some of the workers stole from clients, had it happen to my client with medication! My MIL (who had MS and Dementia and was dying of stage 3 small cell lung and brain cancer) was using them and we had to switch to another company that actually showed up and did their job! Shame on them!!
