Pros

Exceptional Hiring Experience: The recruitment process was top-tier. Communication was clear and consistent throughout, making the transition feel very professional. Cross-Functional Exposure: During the interview stages, I had the opportunity to meet various teams across the APAC region, which gave me a great sense of the collaborative culture here before I even started. Agility & Impact: Because the organization is lean and agile, you aren't just a "cog in the machine." You have the autonomy to make a significant impact on projects and see the results of your work quickly. Company Culture: Now that I am on the inside, I can confidently say I made the right decision. The people are genuinely helpful and the HR/onboarding team is very supportive.

Cons

Benefits Parity: Coming from a much larger organization, some of the specific perks and benefits aren't quite at the same level yet. However, given the company's growth trajectory and the value placed on employees, I am optimistic that these will be reviewed and enhanced as we continue to scale.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
