Inefficient Top-Down Micromanagement and Lack of Operational Trust - Anonymous employee JFrog Employee Review

This is a company that is for builders, it is a family atmosphere where everyone matters and everyone counts. We are Frogs and we live our Codex from C-Suite to IC. There is an attention to details and we leap together. It is an incredible place to work because of the people and the product. Plus they offer generous equity and the RSU value is growing. This is a place you will be challenged and be allowed to build and create and innovate.

As a company based in Israel we are heavily and personally affected by the ongoing war in the region and hope it will end soon. It make it sad to see our colleagues suffering and having their resilience constantly tested by political issues.

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
