Pros

- They treat their employees really well (We all just came back from the best resort in Greece so I may be biased), Christmas presents are amazing, overall great events - Great benefits such as health/vision/dental/401k etc - Opportunities to move up - Amazing and wonderful people to work with - Great culture - Capable managers - Everyone is so about the product, it's easy to rally behind it - Stability and reliability of your money; never fear for a paycheck to be late

Cons

- Lots of work, in all departments (competitive field, competitive area) - Many new faces to keep up with, but mostly good new faces - Your role may evolve, as positions are still being defined you need to be able to adapt with them (take it as a good thing, learn as much as you can) Don't be discouraged by negative reviews, even those that give a one star have so much good to say. People usually leave reviews when they are angry, not when they are pleased with the way things are going, so there is a lot of emotion involved. Give JFrog a shot, it's a great place to be and those who make it are very proud to be frogs.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
