Pros

* The products are amazing, and overall very well-loved by customers -- it is normal to meet a customer, even when they're having trouble with the product, and have them tell us how much they usually like it. And that's just an amazing feeling * JFrog definitely believes very firmly in work-life accommodation -- management genuinely cares about its employees and if you really need an accomodation for a good reason, whether it be making sure you can drop your kids off at school every morning or whatever, they make sure it happens. * Passion -- JFrog is genuinely helping transform the world of software development for the better -- and that helps change the world. And we know it. If that sounds interesting to you, you seriously need to consider working here. * We do very well from a business perspective. Definitely not a startup where you have to worry about your next pay check.

Cons

* Culture elements can be very strong. That has positive aspects but it also has negative aspects. This is something you just have to adapt to if you want to succeed at JFrog, and not everyone does. * Depending on your position, the realities of working in an international company can result in meetings at almost any hour of a day, especially in the mornings before 9 AM, and sometimes also late at night * Senior Management has a tendency to micro-manage, although the best of them try to overcome it.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
