Pros

Amazing culture! Positive reviews are not fake for sure based on my experience. They really care about their employees from C-Level to Management & HR. Great salary and compensation plan. Technology is great, definitely better than competitors. Many large existing customers. There is huge potential for career growth if you have the right attitude. I'd had a terrible experience with my previous employer so I was being very careful before joining but my experience with JFrog is absolutely great so far. Many companies are even firing people due to Covid-19 uncertainty but our CEO made sure that everyone is being taken care of - including our families. Amazing support from my boss and whole team since I joined. Very professional and encouraging management.

Cons

None so far - and this is not a fake HR review! JFrog is growing so fast which requires longer working hours sometimes. That's really an opportunity though - depends on what mindset you have. There's definitely work-life balance. I was actually pushed to take more time off to spend more time with my family as my boss insisted that it's very important to have work&life balance even though already working from home.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
