Pros

Some good people and some good free lunches. Love the lunch staff who were there.

Cons

Jfrog is sold to their prospective employees as one big happy family. It's total BS. Totally controlling and very rigid rules to abide by. Offer letter does not match what you need to sign to work at Jfrog so ask and even offer letter is explained as normal language which it is not. Advice is to ask for company policies before you leave your current employer and read them thoroughly. Seek an employment attorney to look over contract. There is a lot of fine print including Jfrog can redact comp plan for sales or bonuses at any time and after fact including sales already made. I am pretty sure there are laws being broken here. And they can determine they can change anything they want at their discretion. Run away. Too contorting too chaotic and too messy with poor direction and very poor leadership who will take credit it for your hard work. I would be surprised if their customers found out how awful they are to work with, they would want to continue doing business with Jfrog. There are other companies in CICD and software that are way more ethical than JFrog.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
