Pros

The tlv office is in a comfortable place, also well stocked kitchens.

Cons

JFrog might seem appealing at first but don’t be fooled. The company promotes its “Codex” as a set of the company’s values — but in reality, none of the managers and employees have any values. Management has 0 transparency, professionalism, and basic integrity. Favoritism is common — unless you’re personally connected to a manager, expect to be overlooked or treated unfairly. HR and leadership make baseless rash decisions, and job security is minimal. Employees are disposable, and loyalty is not valued. JFrogs internal culture is dysfunctional and damaging. I would not recommend this company to anyone seeking a healthy, ethical, or supportive work environment. So many companies in Israel, dont bother with this one.

Pros

Relatively stabile company in terms of no layoffs, good product fit, generally great team members across the organization

Cons

Too many chefs in the kitchen on majority of the projects, too much involvement from c-suite on minor details, too many people in senior positions make very last minute demands and do not supply the support to make them happen in a timely fashion, last but not least c-suite is pretty much never satisfied. C-suite will frequently lash out on one person on a call with many stakeholders for a small mistake or a mistake that isn't their fault (even if it was a big mistake I don't condone this type of behavior). I don't know if I ever heard any positive feedback at all from C-suite to anyone that wasn't already quite senior.
