Great Attitude, Money hasn't run out,
Cons
No communication between office and field, No empowerment for the employees, Are frugal with the wrong project expenses, no project planning, no warning of new project location. East coast need to know attitude with management. Always winging it in the field. No Safety dept to speak of. Blind eye to poor production of long time employees. Puts inexperienced long time employees in positions to fail with out any support in the field.
