      there are no pros other than they will work you.

      they will work you like a dog and throw you out in the rain. they are loyal to know one but them they use 90% temp unskilled labor.

      Great team environment Fair pay Opportunity for experience in multiple crafts Long term project potential

      Cons

      No benefits for temp workers until 7 months of service Ownership and upper management vision for the company does not coincide with retaining valuable talent long term Communications between office and field is lacking Personal relationships with the right people will dictate how far you go with this group. Not necessarily merit or skill.
